Angelette Sr., 79, a native of Golden Meadow and resident of Larose, died Monday, Oct. 3, 2005. Visitation will be from 4 to 10 p.m. Wednesday and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Larose, with burial in the church cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Rose Mary Savoie Angelette; three sons and daughters-in-law, Roy "Bobby" Angelette Jr. and wife, Barbara, Ronnie Angelette and wife, Denise, and Keith Angelette and wife, Donna; one daughter and son-in- law, Crystal Redmond and husband, Price; one son-in-law, Kurt Eschette; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Ambert Angelette Jr. and wife, Geneveive and Steve Angelette and wife, Carolyn; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Natalie Toups and husband, George, and Lorraine Eymard and husband, Roger Sr.; one sister, Eloise Cheramie; and his grandchildren, their spouses and his great-grandchildren, Neil and Tracy Angelette and their children, Natalie, Nicholas and Mark, Mignon and Stephen Gill and their child, Alexandra, Brandy and Jamie Cheramie and their children, Kurstan and Karoline, Mathew Eschette, Cody and Jera Angelette and their child, Haiven, Domonique Angelette, Heather Eschette, Kristen Angelette, Michael Redmond, Shelby Angelette, Ryan Redmond and Nicole Redmond. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ambert Angelette Sr. and Natalie Angelette; one daughter, Patsy Angelette Eschette; one sister and brother-in- law, Yvonne and Wendel Harvey; and one brother-in-law, Harrison Cheramie Jr. He was founder of A.Angelette and Sons Construction Co. He was a hard-working cattleman and enjoyed spending time with his wife and family. He was a member of the Lafourche Cattlemen's Association and the VFW. He was a U.S. World War II Navy veteran, proudly serving in the Pacific as a Higgins Landing Craft Operator and Instructor. Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
