Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at Thibodaux Funeral Home and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at St. Bridget Catholic Church in Schriever. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Marie "Anna Mae" Oncale Hebert; one daughter, Sandra Hebert of Thibodaux; four sons, Alfred Hebert and wife, Carol, of Thibodaux, Timothy Hebert and wife, Regina, of Thibodaux, Michael Hebert and wife, Celeste, of Schriever, and Joseph Hebert and wife, Elizabeth, of Thibodaux; one sister, Enola Dugas of Paincourtville; five grandchildren, Benjamin, Regan, Kati, Rory and Cody Hebert; three step-grandchildren, Traver Babin and John and Scott Stevens; and two step-great-grandchildren, Britney and Bailey Babin. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph O. and Sadie LeBlanc Hebert; four brothers, Herman, Ralph, Earl "Blue" and Norman Hebert; and one grandchild, Eric Hebert. He was a retired sugar-cane farmer and a World War II veteran. Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
