The date preceding the obituary is the date of posting on the WWW, not the date of death. ============================= November 22. 2005 2:13PM Aloysius Lochbaum [Photo] Aloysius August "Allie" Lochbaum, 85, a native of Kenner and resident of Houma for the past 49 years, died Monday, Nov. 21, 2005, at Terrebonne General Medical Center in the presence of his family. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Kenner Funeral Home (2607 Williams Blvd.) and from 10 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at St. Pius X Catholic Church in New Orleans (6666 Spanish Fort Blvd.) Mass will be at 1 p.m. at the church, with interment in Metairie Cemetery on Thursday, Dec. 1. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral. He is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Jacquelyn Ann Sentilles Lochbaum; four daughters, Pamela Bonvillain, Peggy Lirette, Patricia Hoerner and Paula Galtier; 10 grandchildren, Mark and Matthew Bonvillain, Christopher and Sarah Lirette, Margaret, Elizabeth and Victoria Hoerner and Seth, Olivia and William Galtier; and one great-grandchild, Nathan Lirette. He was preceded in death by his parents, Marie Grace Cristina Lochbaum and Frank Lochbaum; two sons, Randall and Ronald Lochbaum; five brothers, Frank, Vincent, Salvador, Joseph and Anthony Lochbaum; and three sisters, Josephine Sentilles, Elizabeth Elfer and Grace Lochbaum. He graduated from Kenner High School, served in the U.S. Army during World War II and was a retired lineman for United Pipeline Gas Co. He was a parishioner of St. Gregory Barbarigo Catholic Church in Houma. L.A. Muhleisen & Son is in charge of arrangements.
