Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. today at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Gray. He is survived by his wife, Eveline F. Verdin; six sons, Ernest "Pee Wee", Tommy, Rickey, Tony, Mark and Timothy Verdin; one brother, John Clarence Verdin; three sisters, Shirley V. Landry, Juanita V. Fitch and Clara Jane V. Fitch; 17 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Enis Augustine and Pearly Cecile Trosclair Verdin; one son, Michael Verdin; one daughter, Romona V. Babin; two brothers, Enis J. Verdin and Roy Trosclair; and two sisters, Inez V. Parfait and Eva V. Fitch. He was retired and a Jehovah's Witness.
