Visitation will be from 4 to 10 p.m. Thursday and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Friday at Falgout Funeral Home in Galliano. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off, with burial in Cheramie Cemetery in Galliano. She is survived by two daughters, Joyce Rita Smith and Lola Ann Chouest; three brothers, D.J. Collins, Carrol Collins and Johnny C. Vegas; five sisters, Nolda Collins, Bertha Borne, Anna Mae Anderson, Dorita Bruce and Virgie Leonard; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Williams Jr.; her parents, Demoville Collins and Celestine Melancon Collins; two brothers, Alvin and Cleveland Collins; and three sisters, Amanda C. Aizen, Gloria Cheramie and Lucy Collins. She was a member of the Ladies Altar Society and the Catholic Daughters of America. She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
