The date preceding the obituary is the date of posting on the WWW, not the date of death. ============================= November 22. 2005 2:12PM Edna Wilkerson ` [Photo] Edna Mae Wilkerson, 68, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Houma, died at 11:45 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 20, 2005 Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at Community Funeral Home and from 9 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. Mass will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. She is survived by her two sons, Cornell P. Wilkerson and Darnell L. Wilkerson of Houma; two daughters, Cynthia M. Gulfe of Houma and Deanne C. Wilkerson of Baton Rouge; three brothers, Raymond Wilkerson of New Orleans, Lloyd Wilkerson and wife, Georgia, of Nashville, Tenn., and Newman Wilkerson and wife, Andretta, of Houma; five sisters, Vera Bolden and husband, Cornelious, Barbara Ward, Joyce Wilkerson, Andrea Lawson and husband, Zilton, all of Houma, and Linda Mosely and husband, David, of Gibson; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Lillie D. Wilkerson; and her grandparents, Eloi and Amerlia Williams Douglas. She was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral.
