Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to funeral time Monday at Chauvin Funeral Home in Houma. Religious service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with burial at Garden of Memories Cemetery. She is survived by one daughter, Hellen Bergeron and husband, Terry Bergeron Sr., of Houma; two brothers, Alford Gifford of Metairie and William Gifford Jr. of Slidell; one sister, Virginia Kennington of Kenner; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Max Paul Boudreaux; her parents, William H. Gifford and Hellen Budlong Gifford; and two sisters, Anna Stewart and Florence Stiles. She is a retired credit manager with Terrebonne Parish and a former board member of the Terrebonne Council on Aging.
