Geraldine Brooks					[Photo]

Geraldine Brooks, 68, a native and resident of Thibodaux, died Thursday, Nov. 
24, 2005.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Monday at the Moses Baptist 
Church in Thibodaux. Religious services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the 
church, with burial in the church cemetery.

She is survived by one daughter, Carol Pierre of Thibodaux; one son, Carl Frye 
of Thibodaux; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Calvin Brooks Sr. and Louisa Smith 
Brooks; one brother, Calvin Brooks Jr.; and two sisters, Mary Eva Hills and 
Shirley Dyer.

She was a member of the Moses Baptist Church and served on the Deaconess Board.
