Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at Annunziata Catholic Church in Houma. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. She is survived by two sons, Brian Blanchard and Barry Blanchard and wife, Brenda Kay Blanchard; four grandchildren, Barry Blanchard Jr. and wife, Raquel, Caryn Benjamin, Rebecca Blanchard and Matthew Blanchard; one great-grandchild, Raquel Nin; two brothers, Johnny "J.P." Boquet and Alvin Boquet; and one sister, Una Boquet Jaccuzzo. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Lawrence Blanchard; her parents, Adam and Fabiola Desroches Boquet; three brothers, David, William and Harry Boquet; and three sisters, Lona Boquet Duplantis, Dolly Boquet Richard and Lucina Boquet Fournier. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Hurricane Katrina fund of your choice. Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
