Marion Young						Picture

Marion McCarroll Young, 70, a native of Madisonville and resident of Houma, died 
at 9:25 a.m. Friday, Nov. 11, 2005.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Falgout Funeral Home in Houma and 
from 10 a.m. to funeral time Monday at First Baptist Church in Houma. Services 
will be at 11 a.m. at the church, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery in 
Gray.

She is survived by her husband, Shannon Young; her mother, Eunice Wager; three 
daughters, Barbara McMinn, Margaret McLaughlin and Yvonne Ledet; two brothers, 
Chester and Cyril Wager; one sister, Dale Matlock; 12 grandchildren; and 8 
great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Jerry McCarroll; her father, 
Henry Wager; one daughter, Beverly Landry; and one brother, Harold Wager.

She was a parishioner of First Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Audubon Society or Cancer 
Society.
