A memorial service was held in Texas. He is survived by his wife, Lucy Fletcher Rovira of Houston; three daughters, Celia Anne Rovira Boyle and husband, Ed, of Webster, Texas, Valerie Dianne Rovira Rooney and husband, Mark, of Houston, and Anne Marie Rovira Cox and husband, Greg, of League City, Texas; his mother, Narcile Chaze and husband, S.J., of Marksville; his mother-in-law, Lucille Fletcher of Houston; three brothers, Joe Rovira and wife, Betty, of Mobile, Ala., Brian Rovira and wife, Tinker, of Reno, Nev., and Johnny Rovira and wife, Patsy, of Baton Rouge; one sister, Susie R. Sharp of Pearlington, Miss.; and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, Mizzi Joseph Rovira He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and was retired from UNOCAL. He was Catholic.
