He is survived by two sons, James Scott Boudreaux and Craig Clarke Boudreaux and wife, Carol, all of Birmingham, Ala.; one sister, Jeannine Russell of Arlington, Texas; and five grandchildren, Christopher Neil Boudreaux, Joseph Bryan Boudreaux, James Scott Boudreaux Jr., Lauren Rachelle Boudreaux and Beau Winfield Boudreaux. Lewis of Donaldsonville, Claudia V. Lewis of Fairfield, Calif., and Leonard Lewis Jr. of Paincourtville; one brother, Wilfred Worley of Paincourtville; three sisters, Ethel Mae Worley of Avondale, Rosa Mae Davis of Paincourtville and Agnes Worley of Marrero; 31 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rosalee and Paul Worley; her husband, Leonard Lewis Sr.; two daughters, Norma Jean Lewis and Sonolia L. She enjoyed fishing and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a parishioner of St. Louis Catholic Church.
