She was loved dearly and respected for her years of knowledge, a listening ear and a big heart. As she said her good-byes, she told everyone that she had lived a full and happy life and prayed that each of them would carry on what she had started. She was proud of the choices she made and was so proud of her children and their families. She was at peace and ready to go home to the Lord. She was a loving and devoted wife, a nourishing and supportive mother, a fun- loving grandmother and great-grandmother, a caring sister and a great friend. She will be missed. He was a charter member of Bayou Industrial Group, as well as a member of Thibodaux Lions Club, St. Vincent de Paul Society, American Legion and the Knights of Columbus. He ushered at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral. He was a member of the Bayou Country Club and was an avid golfer. He was a manager of Mattingly Tractor Co. and Lemann's Farm Supply.
