The Houma Times; Saturday February 23, 1929 

H. P. ACHEE

H. P. ACHEE, aged 13, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Elmore ACHEE  of this city, 
died at Hotel Dieu in New Orleans, on Thursday February 14th, at 7:55 o'clock 
am.  Double pneumonia is said to have caused his death.  Several months ago, 
young ACHEE sustained internal injuries by a fall from which he had never 
entirely recovered.
The funeral services took place at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church in 
Houma, on Friday February 15th, at the 8:30 am Requiem Mass.  Interment took 
place in the Catholic Cemetery.
We extend our sympathy to the bereaved parents in their hour of deep 
affliction.
