A memorial mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Our Lady of Wisdom Chapel in Lafayette with burial at 3 p.m. Saturday in Landry Catholic Church Cemetery in Opelousas. She is survived by one son, Adrian M. Aycock of Baton Rouge; one daughter, Mrs. Murphy J. (Rosemary) Domingues of Lafayette; two sisters, Rosa Lemoine of New Iberia and Evelyn Brown of Lafayette; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. John Buell Aycock Sr.; one son, Dr. John Buell Aycock Jr.; her parents, Marius Fields and Adrienne Guilbeau Fields; and two brothers, Robert and Eugene Fields. She was a member of the Catholic Daughters of America, Court Immaculata. She was a former registered nurse. Memorial contributions can be made to the Catholic Student Center at University Southwestern
