Visitation will be today from 5 to 10 p.m. and Wednesday from 8 a.m. until funeral time at Chauvin Funeral Home. A Mass will be said at 11 a.m. at Sacred Heat Catholic Church with interment in the church cemetery. He is survived by four stepsons. Jerome and David Broussard, both of Slidell, Gerald Broussard of Norfolk, Va., and Wayne Broussard of Biloxi; one daughter, Mrs. Ellery (Nell) Duplantis of Houma; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Ed (Evelyn) Pontiff of Chauvin and Mrs. Francis (DeVoda) Pye of Pensacola, one half sister, Mrs. Cyril (Marie) Beelman of Harahan, La.; one half brother, Jack Boudreaux of Harahan; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; 39 stepgrandchildren; and 52 stepgreat-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Felicie Guidry Boudreaux; second wife, Lucille Krift Broussard Boudreaux; his parents, Felecian and Odulia Aycock Boudreaux; one son, Earl J. Boudreaux, Jr.; one stepson, Keith Broussard; one daughter, Mrs. Norris (Julie) Schexnayder; three halfbrothers, Paul, Raymond and F. E. Boudreaux. He was World War I United States Navy veteran, overseer of a sugar cane plantation, past manager of Montegut Recreation, member of the Knights of Columbus No. 5013 Chauvin, American Legion No. 272 Montegut, World War I Barracks No. 2932, past member of the American Legion No. 31, District No. 6. Volunteer Fire Dept. and 40/8 Voiture Local No. 1464. ============================ Theodule BOUDREAUX The Houma Courier [date not available-year 1916 or 1917) Mr. Theodule BOUDREAUX, brother of Mr. P. O. E. BOUDREAUX and Mrs. John BOEN of this parish, died in Houma, Sunday morning, October 19, at the age of 73. The funeral was held at Bourg Monday. He left two daughters, Mrs. Frank HEBERT and Miss Virginia BOUDREAUX, and three sons, Oscar, Paul and Edgar. ============================ The Houma Times; Saturday February 16, 1929 Arthur BOUDREAUX Mr. Arthur BOUDREAUX, a native of this parish, age 47 years, died at his home in this city on Thursday, February 12, at 9 o'clock am. Mr. BOUDREAUX was a brick mason and followed this business several years. He was well known and highly esteemed by many friends in Houma. The funeral services were held at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, Wednesday, February 13, at 10 am with interment in the Catholic Cemetery. ========================== Houma Courier; April 15, 1938 - publication date Mrs. Joe BOUDREAUX Mrs. BOUDREAUX Dies in New Orleans The hand of death laid heavy in the community to take Mrs. Joe BOUDREAUX. Mrs. Joe BOUDREAUX died in New Orleans Tuesday, April 5. She is survived by her widower, Mr. Joe BOUDREAUX of Bourg, and three sisters, Mrs. L. BASCLE, Mrs. E. SCIONEAUX, Mrs. E. J. AUCOIN, and four brothers, John A., Joseph B., Stuartt, and Louis Willis. A native of Algiers, LA, Mrs. BOUDREAUX was a resident of Bourg for several years.
