The date preceding the obituary is the date of the newspaper, not the date of death. ============================ Submitted by; Nancy Wright Frank Brady, Mrs. The Houma Times, August 4, 1928 DIED Mrs. Frank Brady, (Nee Ida Parr), aged 54 years, died in New Orleans, on Thursday, July 26th, after an illness of several months. She was a native of Terrebonne Parish, where she leaves a large number of friends and relatives to mourn her death. The burial took place in the Catholic Cemetery, Houma, La., following funeral services at the St. Francis de Sales Church, Friday July 27th, on the arrival of the 2:45 p.m. train. Mrs. Brady is survived by two children, one son and one daughter. ============================ Submitted by: Cynthia Fatchett Daigle T. J. Brady, Mrs. The Houma Times; Saturday February 9, 1929, Carry DAVIS BRADY Mrs. T. J. BRADY, (nee Carry DAVIS), aged 52 years of age, died at her residence on Ashland Plantation February 1, 1929 at 3:00 o'clock am, after an illness of long duration. The funeral services were conducted at the St. Matthew's Episcopal Church in Houma on Saturday, February 2 at 10 o'clock am with interment in the Magnolia Cemetery. Mrs. BRADY was a native of Bayou Dularge, where she leaves many friends to mourn her death. The deceased is survived by her husand, Mr. T. J. BRADY; four daughters, Mrs. Louis DUPLANTIS; Mrs. R. J. BAIRD, Misses Carrie BRADY and Marguerite BRADY; two sons, Edward and T. J. BRADY Jr.; two sisters, Misses Sadie and Xenia DAVIS; and four grandchildren.
