DELCOURT, (nee Louise DESQUIN), widow of the late Dr. A. J. DELCOURT, a native of Belgium, age 68 years, died at her home at Broussard, LA, on Saturday April 19th, at 6:15 am after an illness of several months. Mrs. DELCOURT was a resident of Houma several years ago and the news of her death caused sorrow to her many friends and acquaintances here. For the past 8 years she had made her home with her daughter, Mrs. M. BILLEAUD Jr. of Broussard. She was a devoted mother and devout member of the Roman Catholic Church and her passing leaves a void in the community in which she was so highly esteemed. The funeral services were held at the Sacred Heart Catholic church in Broussard with interment in the family tomb in Broussard Catholic Cemetery. Mrs. DELCOURT is survived by two daughters, Mrs. M. BILLEAUD, and Mrs. F. R. RUSSELL; TWO SONS, Dr. a. T. DELCOURT, and A. C. DELCOURT, also ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
