DRYDEN, 83, a native and resident of Houma, died at 4:40 p.m. Thursday, July 4, 1996. Visitation is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Houma. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in Terrebonne Memorial Park Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Edia "Toot" Picou Dryden; two sons, Mike and Wayne Dryden; three daughters, Dolores Moate, Pat Pitre and Wanda Breaux; two sisters Ruth Valure and Dorothy Kindel; 13 grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; and 10 step grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Gladys Naquin Dryden; one son, Elmer Dryden; three brothers, Wallace, Abraham "Link" and Fletcher Dryden; and three sisters, Virginia Valure, Elizabeth Davis and Hilda Smit. =============================
