LINDA DUGAS     Houma Courier dated either 18 or 19 June 1993.

Linda Landry Dugas, 85, a native of Plattenville, La., 
and a resident of Paincourtville, La., died at 1:45 
Thursday, June 17. 1993.
  Visitation was followed by Mass at 11 a.m. today at St. 
Elizabeth Catholic Church in Paincourtville.  Burial was 
in the church cemetery,
  She is survived by two sons, L. J. Dugas of Paincourtville 
and Bobby Dugas of Houston, Texas; two brothers, Gilbert 
and James Landry; five sisters, Lucy Himel, Ella Melancon, 
Rita Orren, Mabel Blanchard and Anna Mae Berniard; eight 
grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
  She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis J. Dugas; 
her parents, Henry and Clemence Caballero Landry; three 
brothers, Clarence, Leonard and Richard Landry; and two 
sisters, Hilda Landry and Theresa Clement.
