EDDIE JOHN FILCE, SR    Houma Courier Newspaper. Date either 17 or 18 June 1993.

Eddie John Filce, Sr., 78, a native of Ellendale, La., and a resident of Thibodaux, died Thursday, June 16, 1993.
   Funeral was at 11 a.m. today at the Thibodaux Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the St. Joseph Cemetery In Thibodaux.
  He is survived by one son, Eddie J. Filce, Jr.; three daughters, Joyce Naquin, Lois Bernard and Linda Sonnier; three sisters, Mary and Alice Thibodaux and Eunice Gisclair; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
   He was preceded in death by his wife, Edna Lirette Filce; his parents, Alcide and Cora Hawk Filce; one brother, Edmond Filce; and one sister, Edna LeBouef.
