Visitation will be from 6 to 10 pm today and 8 am to funeral time Wednesday at Chauvin Funeral Home. The funeral will be at noon Wednesday at the funeral home chapel with burial in St. Louis Cemetery. She is survived by her parents, Peter C. and Kim E. Hammonds Savoie of Houma; her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Gillespie of Houma; Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hammonds of Houma, Dr. and Mrs. Issac Savoie of Houma, Lillian Duplechin of Houma and Thomas Glover Sr.; step great grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Hudman of Houma. She was a student at Ellender Senior School. ================================== LEE ROY FRANCIS SAVOIE Houma Courier; Tuesday Feb. 1, 1938 SAVOIE Youth Buried Jan. 29 Funeral services for Lee Roy Francis SAVOIE, 11 years in age and a student of the Terrebonne Elementary School were held at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church with Father Drolet officiating. Interment followed in the local Catholic Cemetery. The youth, who was taken sick suddenly only a few days before died Thursday, Jan. 27 at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene SAVOIE of Bayou Cane. Besides his parents he is survived by two sisters, Shirley and Una. ================================= RONALD SAVOIE Houma Courier Newspaper date not available Ronald "Bud" Savoie, 61, a native of Lafourche Parish and resident of Bayou Blue, died at 5:07 pm, Wednesday, July 20, 1994. Visitation will be from noon to 10 pm Friday and 10 am to funeral time Saturday at St. Louis Catholic Church. Mass will be at 1 pm at the church with burial in the church cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Lucille Watson Savoie, his mother, Adrienne Hotard Savoie of Houma; two sons Jimmy McKay of Houma and Ronald E. Savoie of Aurora, Illinois; three daughters, Donna (McKay Denson), Linda (Savoie) and Patricia "Patty" Ricks; one brother, James Savoie of Houma; three sisters, Elise Savoie of Houma, Estelle Savoie of Dallas; and Judy White of Huston; four grandchildren, two great grandchildren. He was preceded by his father, Edwin A. Savoie. He was a parishioner of St. Louis Catholic Church, an Army veteran and a member of the Knights of Columbus, usher of Holy Name Society, Finance Council of St. Louis Catholic church and chairman of St. Louis Fair for several years.
