Justilien SONGE

Justilien SONGE Former Resident is Buried Here Monday

Funeral Services for Justilien SONGE, who died at his residence in Houma at 
7:30 a.m. Monday will be held at 9 a.m. today at St. Francis Catholic Church. 
He was 72 years of age.
Besides his widow, he is survived by ten children, six sons, Abble, Eddie, 
Freddie,  Willis, Elie and John, all of Houma.  Mrs. E. COLWART and Miss Mary 
SONGE, both of Houma and Mdms. George LOCKLIN and Jerry CARNODIN, both of Baton 
Rouge.
Interment will be in the local Catholic Cemetery.
Arrangements were by the Chauvin Funeral Home.

Joseph Justilien Songe b. Jan. 29, 1866 Raceland, Lafourche Parish, LA; s/o 
Joseph Bernard Songe and Marie Zelodie Founier; m. June 7, 1886 Montegut, 
Terrebonne Parish, LA to Modeste Sevin.
