Nolan To: Deed Land - Cross Roads Missionary Church State of Louisiana, Parish of Union Be it known: That this day, before me, J.H. Dawkins, Clerk of Court and a Notary Public in and for said Parish, duly commissioned and sworn, came and a resident of Union Parish, Louisiana, (three times married, first and second wifes dead, precently married to Sallie Nolan nee Colson who is living and not divorced from appearer) who declared that he does by these presents grant, bargain, sell, convey and deliver, with full guarantee of title and with complete transfer and subrogution of all rights and actions of warranty against all former proprietore of the property herein conveyed iunto Cross Roads Missionery Baptist Church of same residence, the followin described property situated in Union Parish, Louisiana, to-wit: Commencing at the corner of the NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 Section 13, township 20, North, Range 3 East, running thence south of the forty line a distance of seventeen and one-half (17 1/2)yards, thence East seventy (70) yards, thence north seventeen and one-half (17 1/2 to the forty line dividing the NE 1/4 of SW 1/4 Section 13, township 10 North Range East, thence west on said forty line to the place of begining, and containing one quarter of an acre. It being understood and agreed by and between the parties hereto that should the described property cease to be a church or religious purposes then and in that event the said property reverte to the vender herein, containing 1/4 acres, more or less, together with all inprovements situated thereon and thereto belonging. This being the same property vendor acquired from Mrs. Sallie Noland, Ind. & Tutrix evidenced by deed on record in this office in deed book 15, page 678. To have and to hold said property unto said purchaser, his heirs and assigns forever, This sale is made for the consideration of the sum of five and no/100 dollars, cash in hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. The certificate of mortages is hereby wavied and evidence of the payment of taxes produced. DONE AND PASSED at my office in said Parish of Union in presence of Lon Nolan and W.B.
