Creath, a resident of the Parish and State aforesaid respectfully shows that he has herewith filed his account as tutor of the minors Henrietta Ammonett, his ward for the years 1856-7-8-9-60-61-62. He prays that the Under Tutor M. E. Daniel be notified according to law and after the legal delays that the said account be approved and homolgated according to law and for general relief &c. Jno. L.
