CORNELIUS AUTREY TO BRAXTER MORROW 12 NOVEMBER 1872

Know all men by these presents that I, Cornelius Autrey, do hereby certify 
that I have bargained and sold and delivered unto Braxter Morrow a certain 
tract or parcel of land being and lying in the State of Louisiana and Parish
of Union designated and known as the East half of the Southeast quarter of 
Section 28, Township 20, Range 3 West and the West half of the northwest 
quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 27, Township 20, Range 3 West 
north of Red River containing 100 acres more or less, in consideration of 
the sum of fourteen hundred dollars. I, Cornelius Autrey, do relinquish all 
my claims of said land unto Braxter Morrow. I, the said C. Autrey, do hereby
bind myself, my heirs, executors and administrators to warrant and defend 
the right and title of the above described land against all claims 
whatsoever.
