BIRD G. AUTREY TO CHARLES H. AUTREY 26 FEBRUARY 1873

Union Parish, Louisiana

This Indenture made on this the 26th day of February 1873 between Bird G. 
Autrey of the one part and C. H. Autrey of the other part both of the Parish
and State aforesaid witnessed: That the said Bird G. Autrey for and on 
consideration of five hundred dollars to him paid at and before signing and 
delivery of these presents has this day bargained and sold and by these 
presents do bargain, sell and convey unto the said C. H. Autrey all that 
tract or parcel of land lying and situated in the Parish and State aforesaid
together with improvements thereunto belonging. Known as Southeast quarter 
of the northwest quarter and the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter 
and ten acres off of the West side of the West side of the Southwest quarter
of the northeast quarter of Section 28, Township 20 North of Range 3 West 
according to the original survey. And I, Bird G. Autrey for myself and my 
heirs and assigns unto the said Charles Henry Autrey his heirs and assigns 
will forever warrant and defend the right and title to the above described 
land, free from encumbrances and the claim or claims of any and all persons 
whatever.
