CORNELIUS AUTREY TO W.C. MOORE 12 DECEMBER 1872

Know all men by these presents that I, Cornelius Autrey, do hereby certify 
that I have bargained and sold and delivered unto W. C. Moore a certain 
tract or parcel of land in the State of Louisiana and Parish of Union 
designated and known as the West half of the Southeast quarter of Section 
28, Township 20, Range 3 West, and north of Red River, containing 80 acres 
more or less in consideration of the sum of $716.00. I, the said Cornelius 
Autrey, do hereby bind myself, my heirs, executors and administrators to 
warrant and defend the right and title of the above described land against 
all claims whatsoever, this November 12, 1872.
