The petition of John A. Leach, Tutor to Margaret Barnet [unreadable] of your said Parish and state respectfully represents unto your honor that he herewith files his account of the accts. And doings done by him in his aforesaid capacity. He charges himself with the same of eleven hundred and fifty nine dollars and 71/100. Received as per settlement on filed $1159.71 For PC interest from March 21, 1859 ___57.98 Amount of Charges $1217.69 He claims credits as follows: Voucher No. 1 [Possibly Sammy] C. Larche cost fees 13.35 Voucher No. 2 Ditto 1.00 Voucher No. 3 W. C. Smith, Recorder fees 7.75 Voucher No. 4 J. A. Leach acct. 109.70 Voucher No. 5 R. J. Pleasants, Receipts 28.22 Voucher No. 6 I. R. Clark, Receipts 15.42 Voucher No. 7 Ditto 9.55 Voucher No. 8 I. O. Smith, Dr. Bill 23.80 Voucher No. 9 H. Regenburg, Attys. Fees 35.00 Voucher No. 10 Tutor's Commission 5.79 Voucher No. 11 Thos. C. Lewis, Clk. fees ___4.50 $254.08 Whereby it will appear that he is chargeable with $1217.69 and that he is entitled to credits leaving due the sum of _254.08 by him as tutor to said minors $963.61 He prays that this account and vouchers may be put on file. A. W. Harris the under tutor be cited to examine this acct. and to make such objections to the same as he may have and that it may be homulgated and approved for general relief. H. Regenburg In the matter of the tutorship of Margaret Barnet, evidence adduced on the homolgation of the account filed by John A. Leach tutor in this, can first the acknowledgements of service and the approval of the account by A. W. Harris, Under Tutor. H. Regenburg being duly sworn says that he saw A. W. Harris sign the same. 2nd the vouchers accompanying the acct. The account homolgated filed April 3rd 1858. H.
