The Petition of Daniel Lowery of the Parish and State aforesaid respectfully shows that he has been duly appointed Tutor to the minors James T., Elizabeth and Nancy Bevins and that having administered their property in that capacity tilll James T. is already a major and Elizabeth is emancipated by marriage with Thomas Patten, he herewith files his account of his said aministration and as to James T. and Elizabeth a final account. It will be seen that according to account rendered, petitioner is indebted to James T. Bevins Seven Hundred and Seven and 25/100 Dollars ($707.25) and to Elizabeth Bevins Patton Six Hundred and Two and 41/100 Dollars (602.41) and to Nancy Bevins Six Hundred and Eighty Eight and 75/100 Dollars (688.75) with Interest on each of the said sums from April 15th 1861. Wherefore, he prays that Thomas Lowery, the Under Tutor of the said minors as well as James T. Bevins and Elizabeth Bevins Patton and her husband be each duly notified and after the legal delays that this account as to each of the said minors be approved and homolgated in all its parts andthat there be Judgment against Petitioner in favor of James T. Bevins for Seven hundred and Seven and 25/100 Dollars and in favor of Elizabeth Bevins for Six Hundred and Two and 41/100 Dollars and in favor of Nancy Bevins Six Hundred and eighty eight and 75/100 Dollars with interest on each of the aforesaid sums from April 15th 1861 and for all orders and decrees necessary in the premises and for general relief &C. Jno. L. Barrett, Atty. I hereby acknowledge service of the within accounts and Petition and on examination approve of the same. H. Regenburg sworn says he saw Thomas Lowery sign the acknowledgement of service and approval of the final accounts of Daniel Lowery, Tutor to the minors James T., Elizabeth and Nancy Bevins. H. Guthrie, Clerk State of Louisiana 11th Judicial District Court Parish of Union The premises considered by reason of the acknowledgment of service and approvals of the within acount, it is ordered and adjudged that the same be homolgated in all its parts. It is further ordered that there be judgements against the said Daniel Lowery as prayed for in the petition to wit: in favor of Jas. T. Bevins for Seven Hundred and Seven and 25/100, in favor of Elizabeth Bevins for Six Hundred and Two and 41/100 and in favor of Nancy Bevins for Six Hundred and Eighty Eight and 15/100 Dollars with interest from April 15th.
