Billberry, Dec. Application for inventory & Etc.; filed may 21, 1918 To the Honorable Judge of the Fourth District in and for Union Parish, Louisiana. The petition of A.A. Vestal, a resident of union Parish, LA, who with respect represents: That he is the brother in law of J.M. Billberry, who departed the life in union Parish, LA on Feb. 23, 1918 and that he dies in testate, and has left no children and that his heirs are his sisters and their children, and that he has left some property in the shape of insurance policies and also that he was indebted to a some amount at his death all of which is due to be paid from his estate or the sale of his property. Petitioner avers that it has been agreed among the heirs that your petitioner should be qualified as administrator, and to this end petitioner desires that an appraisement of the property and effects of the said deceased be made and that after due notice of petitioner’s application and the delays elapsed that petitioner be appointed administrator and that two appraisers and a notary be appointer to appraise the property of the said deceased.
