The petition of Martin B. Lee, a resident of the Parish and State aforesaid and Tutor of the minors John M. and Martin B. Brantley represents that the aforesaid minors are heirs of the Estate of Thomas Brantley, Decd. together with the other children of said Brantley, Decd. that the said Estate has been administered or managed or carried on in some way by Thomas J. Brantley, a son of the said Decd. For several years, but has not yet been closed. Petitioner avers that the Estate is not managed in such a way as to secure the interest of the minors aforesaid, his wards and that it is evidently for the interest of said wards, that the said Estate be partitioned among the heirs as speedily as possible. Petitioner further avers that he has been advised that he as Tutor of the said minors may institute suit against the other heirs of the Estate of said Thomas Brantley if the same be recommended by a family meeting to affect a partition of said Estate. Wherefore he prays that this honorable court will convoke a family meeting consisting of the proper persons and according to law to advise and recommend with regard to petitioner instituting suit for the partition of the Estate of said Thomas Brantley, Decd. on behalf of his aforesaid wards for all orders and decrees necessary in the premises and for general relief &c.
