The petition of Grammont Cabrara, a resident of the Parish of Ouachita, State of Louisiana with respect represents unto your Honor that in this year, he entered in a marriage with Asposia Golette, daughter and heir of Francois and Josette Golette, both deceased and that he had issue by said Asposia Golette born during coverture that his said wife Asposia Golette is now deceased leaving as her only heir, a son named Edmond Cabrara, now aged about 11 years. Now leaving that said minor has an interest in the Estate of Francois and Josette Golette and it is necessary he should have a representative. Wherefore he prays your honor to grant him letters of Tutorship to his said son Edmond Cabrara and that he be confirmed as Natural Tutor upon complying with the requisites of the law and for general relief in the premises and as in duty bound. Let the prayer of the petitioner be granted and it is further ordered that Grammont Cabrara be confirmed as Natural Tutor to his minor son Edmond Cabrara upon his taking the oath prescribed by law and that letters of Tutorship issue as prayed for.
