Jany. 1st 1862 __853.80 $4117.61 To the Honorable the Judge of the 11th Judicial District Court in and for the Parish of Union, State of Louisiana. The petition of Cyrena C. Doty, wife Tutrix and Leonard A. Doty, Co-Tutor and husband both residents of the Parish and State aforesaid respectfully represents that they have herewith filed this account as Tutors with their wards Andrew A., William T., James H., Peter J., and Jordan F. Cooper extending from the commitment of their Tutorship up to the first of Jany. 1862 said account embraces all the Debts of the Tutor and all the credits up to said date except the terms paid in 1859 and 1860 and 1861 which items not being at hand and reserved for a succeeding account. Petitioners aver that the said account is clear, distinct and was the exact cash balance due by them to each of their said wards at the aforesaid date to wit: Jany. 1862 and that the said sums in the aggregate amount to ($4117.61) Four thousand one hundred & seventeen 61/100 Dollars exclusive of other property. Wherefore they pray the Under Tutor be duly notified of the filing of this account and after the legal delays the same may be approved and homolgated in all its capacity and they pray for general relief &c.
