The petitioner W. E. Davis, a resident of the Parish and State above written respectfully shows that Mrs. Martha E. Gilbert of said Parish without having convoked a family meeting and thereby she lost the right as natural Tutrix. That petitioner was also appointed Under Tutor of said minors, that a Tutorship is necessary to protest the interest of said minors. Whereupon he prays that a family meeting be convoked to deliberate and recommend the appointment of another tutor and Under tutor for the said minors and for all orders and decrees necessary and for general relief &c.
