Farrar, Decd. ================================================================================= To the Honorable the Judge of that twelfth Judicial District Court in and for Union Parish, Louisiana The Petition of Phoeby Y. Farrar a resident of said Parish and state respectfully represents unto your honor that she is the widow in community in the estate of J. S. J. Farrar & that the heirs of said estate to wit: George W. Farrar Harrison H. Martha N. Ann John S. Nancy M. Farrar Alabama Farrar and Samuel Jackson Farrar are the issue of the marriage between petitioner and the said deceased and are all minors. She represents that she is the natural Tutrix to the said minors and prays to be appointed and confirmed as such and for such other orders that may be necessary. H. Regenberg, Atty. State of Louisiana 12th Judicial District Court Parish of Union The premises having been duly considered it is ordered and decreed that Phoeby Y. Farrar be and she is hereby appointed and confirmed Natural tutrix to her minor children to wit: George W. Farrar Harrison H. Martha Ann John S. Nancy M. Alabama and Samuel Jackson Farrar and that Thos. B. Findly be and he is hereby appointed under tutor to said minors and that up on taking the oath prescribed by Law that letters do issue to them. Farrar is hereby duly and legally authorised and empowered to do and perform all the acts appertaining to said appointment according to law. Administration acct. and Vouchers filed Thos. C. Lewis, Clerk of the 12th Judicial District Court in and for Union parish Louisiana sworn say that the account final has been filed in the Clerk office and that it has been duly advertised according to Law for more than thirty days and that there has been no opposition made to the same. State of Louisiana 12th Judicial District Court Parish of Union By reason of the law and the evidence in this case being in favor of Petitioners and by further reason of the proper advertisement having been made and no opposition filed there to. It is ordered adjudged and decreed that the within and forgoing final account of Thos. B. Findley as administrator of the Estate of J. S. J.
