Fuller ================================================================================== To the honorable Judge of the 12th Judicial District Court in and for the Parish of Union, State of La. The petition of Berry Fuller respectfully represents unto your honor that he is the administrator of the succession of Jesse G. fuller, deceased, late of your Parish and begs to submit this his final account of his administration for homolgation that his bond may be cancelled. Petitioner charges himself with and processverbal of sale $362.48 and represents that there is a great many debts against thesuccession amounting to between three and four thousand dollars. That the whole amount of process verbal of sale has been consumed in paying off privileges claims leaving nothing to be divided among ordinary conditions. Whereof petitioner prays your honor that this his final account of administration of the succession of Jessee G. Fuller, decd. late of your Parish be advertised according to law and if there be no opposition it be homolgated makes its parts Petitioner bond be cancelled and final for general relief. R. W. Court Parish of Union By reason of the law and evidence in this case and by further reason of the proper advertisements having been made and no opposition filed thereto. It is ordered adjudged and decreed that the within and foregoing account of Jessee G. Fuller, decd. be approved and homolgated in all its parts according to the laws.
