Goyne, a resident of your said Parish and State with respect herewith files his account as Tutor of the following minor heirs of the Estate of H. D. Goyne, Decd. to wit: Victoria Goyne, Francis W. Goyne and James Preston Goyne. The premises considered your petition prays that J. M. Rabun, Under tutor to said minors may be duly cited and upon a final hearing that paid account be approved and homolgated in all its parts and for general relief &c. I approve of the above and foregoing account and waive citation. J. M. Rabun, Under Tutor Dated: February 9th 1864 ATTEST: Thos. C. Lewis State of Louisiana 11th Judicial District Court Parish of Union I john M. Rabun do solemnly swear that I will faithfully and impartially perform all and singular the Estate of H. D. Goyne, Decd. to wit: Victoria, Francis M., and James P. Goyne to the best of my abilities and understanding. So help me God. Sworn and subscribed before me this 9th day of February AD 1964. D. Goyne. 1st Vouchers filed with said account. 2nd Thomas C. Lewis, Clerk of the District Court sworn says that he saw John M. Rabun the Under tutor of said minors sign the approval of said account on the 9th day of February AD 1864. Thos. C. Lewis, Clerk Sworn to and subscribed before me this 5th day of March AD 1864. W. C. Smith, Parish Recorder Parish of Union, Louisiana I hereby certify the above to be all the evidence adduced on the Homolgation of the account filed by W. J. Goyne as Tutor to the minor heirs of the Estate of H. D. Goyne, Decd. Thos. C. Lewis, Clerk State of Louisiana 11th Judicial District Court Parish of Union By reason of the law and the evidence in the homolgation of the account filed by W. J. Goyne as Tutor of the Minor heirs of the Estate of H. D. Goyne, Decd. and by further reason of the approval of the Under tutor. It is ordered, adjudged and decreed this account be approved and homolgated in all its parts. Done and signed in office on this the 5th day of March AD 1864. Thos. C.
