Ramsey, a resident of Said Parish & State, tutor to Charles H. Griffen minor heir of Samuel Griffen, Decd. Herewith with due respects files an account of his tutorship from April the 3rd, 1858, when his last account was filed up to April 3rd 1860. Showing what account he has paid out, and taken in for his said Ward as follows to wit. Dillard In the matter of the Tutorship of C. H. Griffen Tutors account By reason of the law and evidence and by further reason of this undertutor having approved the account it is ordered adjudged and decreed that the within account of Simpsen W. Ramsey tutor to C. H. Griffen be approved & homologated in all its parts. Done & signed in office in this the 5th day of May A.D. 1860. Thomas C. Ramsey tutor in this case. 1st The acknowledgment of service and approval of the account by B. J. Dillard undertutor H. Regenburg being duly sworn says that he said B. F. He further prays that B. F. Dillard the under tutor be duly cited to examine this acct. and on final hearing the same be homolgatged allowed and confirmed that his bond be cancelled and be discharged according to law, and for general relief. H. Regenburg, Atty. In the matter of Tutorship fo Charles H. Griffin Evidence adduced on the Homolgation of the final account filed by S. W. Ramsey, Tutor in this case, 1st The acknowledgement of service and approval of the account of B. F. Dillard, Undertutor Thos. C. Lewis Clerk being duly sworn says that he was B. F. Dillard sign the same. Sworn to and subscribed before me on this 1st dya of June 1861. C. Lassiter, J. P. 2nd The vouchers accompanying the acct. 3rd The account Homolgated fuled April 20th AD 1860. I hereby certify the above and forgoing to be all the evidence adduced on the trial of the said final account. Thos. C. Lewis. In the matter of the Tutuorship of Chas. H. Griffin Homolgation of Tutors account By reason of the law and the evidence in this case and by further reason of the under tutor having approved the above and forgoing account. It is ordered adjudged and decreed that the said account of Simpson W. Ramsey tutor to C. H. Griffin be allowed approved and homolgated in all its parts according to Law. It is further ordered that the said tutor be and he is hereby authorized to pay over to his said ward, all the property belonging to him as shown by the said account and upon his so doing that his bond as tutor be cancelled Done and signed in office this 1st day of June 1861.
