And that he has paid out during the said time the sum of three thousand two hundred and sixty five dollars and three cents say $3265.03 leaving in his hands the sum of six hundred and ninety one dollars and seventy eight cents say $691.78 which is in the currency need during the war called Confederate Money and has become worthless in his hands and for which he also prays to be credited. He also further presents each transactions as he has had in the Administrations since the December AD 1865 and which have been in the present currency as follows to wit: He has received since said date from: W. H. Regenburg State of Louisiana Parish of Union Let the prayers of Petitioner be granted and it is hereby ordered that the within annual account filed by W. J. Raney as Administrator of the Estate of John Jarvis, Decd. be advertised according to law. Done and signed in office this 3rd day of December AD 1866. J. W. Reid Clerk, District Court State of Louisiana 11th Judicial District court Parish of Union In the matter of the Homologation of the final account filed by J. J. Raney as Administrator of the Estate of John Jarvis, Decd. 1st vouchers filed with the accounts, 2nd J. W. Reid, clerk sworn says that he was the acting clerk of the District court in December last and that the said account was filed in the clerk’s office on the 3rd day of December Ad 1866 and has been advertised for more than 30 days from this date by publication in a weekly newspaper published in the Town of Farmerville, La. and by posting at the door of the court House in said parish and that no opposition has been filed to the homologation of the same. State of Louisiana 11th Judicial District Court Parish of Union I do hereby certify the above was all the evidence adduced in the homologation of the final account filed by W. J. J. Raney Administrator of the Estate of John Jarvis, Decd. It is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the within final account be allowed, approved and homologated in all its parts according to law.
