To the Honorable the Judge or the Clerk of the 11th Judicial District Court in and for the Parish of Union, State of Louisiana. The petition of Henry Regenburg of your aforesaid parish and State respectfully shows that he has completed the Administration of the Estate of Wm. O. Jones, Decd. and that he herewith files his final account of said Administration, said account shows that the Administrator has received twenty eight hundred and twenty six and 05/100 dollars which he now holds the order of court. It also shows privilege debts to be paid by preference amount to Eleven hundred and ten and 65/100 dollars which amount deducted form the assets $2826.05 leaving the sum of Seventeen hundred and fifteen and 40/100 dollars to be divided pro rata among the ordinary creditors of the Estate whose claims in the aggregates amount to five thousand six hundred and seventy seven and 09/100 dollars which distributed gives to each ordinary creditor thirty per cent on the amount of his claim as set forth in the foregoing Tableau of Distribution. Wherefore, petitioner prays that his bond account and Tableau of Distribution therein be advertised according to law that the minor heir Delaware S. Jones be duly cited and after the legal delays that the said account and Tableau be approved and homologated and that the Administrators be cancelled for all orders and decrees necessary in the premises and for general relief &c. Reid, Clerk State of Louisiana 11th Judicial District Court Parish of Union By reason of the law and the evidence in this case and by further reason of the proper and legal advertisement having been made and no opposition haven been filed thereto and this being the 1st Saturday in the month of August AD 1868, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the within final account filed by Henry Regenburg as Administrator of the Estate of Wm. O. Jones, Decd. be and the same is hereby allowed, approved and homologated in all its parts according to law. Thus done and signed in office this 1st day of August AD 1868. J. W.
