L. Leggin, Final account To the Honorable the Judge of the eleventh Judicial District Court in and for the parish of union, Louisiana. The petition of Henry S. Leggin, Administrator of the Estate of J. L. Leggin, Decd. a resident of said Parish herewith respectfully presents an account of his acts and doings in administering said Estate. Petitioner prays that the account be duly filed and advertised and after due proceedings had that it may be homologated and allowed and for such other orders and decrees as the case may require. H. Leggins as Administrator of the Estate of J. L. Leggins, Decd. be advertised according to law. Done and signed in office this 4th day of June AD 1867. J. W. L. Leggins, decd. 1st Vouchers filed with said account 2nd James Reid, Clerk of the District Court sworn states that he was the acting clerk of said court in June last, that said account was filed on the fourth day of June 1867 and has been advertised for more than thirty days prior to this date by posting at the door of the Courthouse in said Parish and by publication in a weekly newspaper published in the town of Farmerville and said Parish called the Union Record and that no opposition has been filed to the homologation of the same.
