Robinson, Tutor to Mary A. E. Livingston, herewith respectfully represents his account as follows: He charges himself with balances due as per last account filed April 1859 $10.19 Hire of Negro for 1859 75.00 Hire of Negro for 1860 and 1861 200.00 Rent of land collected ___8.20 $293.39 He prays credits as follows: 1859 board, schooling, clothing &c $125.00 1860 board, schooling, clothing &c 100.00 1861 board, schooling, clothing &c 125.00 H. Regenburg, atty. fee [blank] J. L. Guthrie's, clerk fees [blank] He prays that the under tutor Daniel J. Tucker be duly cited to examine this account and on a final hearing that it may be homolgated and allowed and for general relief. H. Regenburg, Atty. I hereby acknowledge service of the within and on examination approve of the account as filed January 26th 1862. Daniel J. Tucker H.
