Matthews, Administrator In account with the Estate of John Matthews Deceased The Administraotr charges himself with the amount of the Inventory of said Succession made November 15th 1858 and filed November 16th 1858, the amount of which said Inventory is eleven thousand five hundred and sixty four and fifty one hundreths dollars $11564.50 The Administrator also charges himself with the excess of sale over the Inventory which is twenty six and 95/100 Dollars _____26.95 $11591.45 He also charges himself with the difference between this appraisement of the cotton 400.00 And the amount of sales 55856 ____158.56 $11750.01 The said Administrator has paid the following debts for whereto he claims a credit to wit: Acct. of J. Guthrie, Clerk of the District Court, Parish and State aforesaid being duly sworn says that said final account was filed by said Matthews on the 7th May 1863 and has been duly and legally advertised according to law to wit: by posting one copy of said advertisement on the Court House door in said Parish of Union, by causing the copies to be posted in other public places in said Parish and further no opposition has been filed thereto up to the present date.
