The petition of Francis J. Baker, Tutrix and Joseph Baker, Co Tutor to Josephine E. McLemore herewith respectfully files their account as above of their tutorship. They charge themselves with the balance as appears due by the account filed October 5th 1859 interest having completed up to January 1st 1859 $3583.31 5 Per cent interest from January 1st/59 til January 1st/60 ___$179.15 Acct. charges $3762.47 They pray to be credited as follows: 1st Account of Clerk’s fee paid T. Taylor, Sr. Under Tutor State of Louisiana 11th Judicial District Court Parish of Union By reason of the law and the evidence in this case and by further reason of the approval by the Under Tutor, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the within and foregoing account of Joseph Baker as Tutor of the minor Josephine McLemore be allowed, approved and homologated in all its parts according to law. They pray that J. G. Taylor, Under tutor may be duly cited to examine this account and after due legal proceeding that this account may be duly homologated and allowed and for general relief. H. Taylor, Sr. Under Tutor State of Louisiana 11th Judicial District Court Parish of Union By reason of the law and the evidence in this case and by further reason of the approval of the within Tutor’s account by the Under Tutor, it is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the within and foregoing account of Joseph Baker as Tutor of the minor Josephine McLemore be allowed, approved and homologated in all its parts according to law. Regenburg worn says that the said J. G. Taylor, Sr. Under Tutor of said minor signed this approval of said annual account. Sworn to and subscribed before me this 4th day of August 1866. J. W.
