The petition of Richard T. It appears that the Admr. is chargeable with the sum of forty two hundred and sixty nine dollars this being the full amount of assets in the hands of the Admr. The Estate owes the sum of one hundred and forty four and 50/100 dollars as law charges which should be paid by preference and take the first [unreadable]. Second, the Estate owes twenty hundred and forty nine dollars to the heirs of Decd., she being partner in community for money by her furnished to the community and also a debt of two thousand and fifty dollars furnished by R.
