David Raburn, Decd. The Adm’r charges himself with the inventory of said Estate made by Wm. C. The petition of John Phelps, Administrator of the Estate of David Raburn, dec’d., a resident of the Parish & State aforesaid respectfully shows that he has regularly administered the said Estate & now herewith his final account of said Administration from which it appears that the Estate is indebted to petitioner in the sum of [blank] dollars after returning the uncollected notes as set forth in said account. He alleges that the surviving widow of deceased is entitled to one half of said Estate and the other half belongs to the following persons the sole heirs of dec’d. to wit: Mrs. [blank] Phelps; Mrs. [blank] Gibson; and Mrs. [blank] Rabun and [blank]. Wherefore petitioner prays this account be advertised according to law and after the legal delays the same be approved and homologated in all its parts and that the Admrs. Bond be cancelled for al orders & decrees necessary in the premises & for general relief etc. Jno. L. Barrett, Atty.
