To the Honorable the Judge of the 11th Judicial District Court in and for the Parish of Union, Louisiana Enoch L. Daniel, Tutor the minor heirs of Mathew Ranor, Decd. respectfully files his final account as far as Wiley J. Ranor, Amy Ann Ranor, Mary E. Ranor, Elizabeth T. Ranor who have arrived at the age of maturity and are married as follows to wit. In account with W. J. Ranor he charges himself with the following amounts received at various times to wit: Jany. 25th 1858 from the Estate of M. Ranor 216.74 Jany. 19th 1858 from the same 327.62 Sept. 29th 1858 from the same 234.79 May 25th 1859 from the same __232.95 Whole amount $1012.10 He credits himself as follows Voucher No. 1 Several assets paid by Tutor for him 483.72 Voucher No. 2 Cash paid him 133.75 Voucher No. 3 Tuition Bill 3.10 Voucher No. 4 Medical bill/Dr. Staley 6.00 Voucher No. 5 Clerk’s fees [blank] Voucher No. 6 Attorney’s fees for this Account ___20.00 Amount of Credits $ 646.53 Leaving Tutor in debt to W. J. Ranor in the sum of three hundred and sixty five 53/100 Dollars say $365.53 In account with Amy Ann Ranor, now the wife of J. J. Mays, he charges himself with the whole amount received as he Tutor being three hundred and fifty seven 27/100 dollars which amount she has paid over to her and husband as per receipt Voucher 1. In account with Mary E. Ranor now the wife of John Kelly he charges himself with amount received for her $777.11 and prays credit for a like amount paid over to her and husband as per receipt and Voucher B No. 2 In account with E. S. Daniel now the wife of B. G. Daniel he charges himself with amount received $768.62 and prays a credit for the like amount paid over to her and husband as per receipts and Vouchers B, No. 3. He prays that W. R. Mays and James A. Creath, Under Tutor citied to examine this account and on a final hearing he prays that it may be homologated and allowed and that his bond may be canceled and for general relief. H. Regenburg, Atty. I hereby acknowledge service of the within account and having on examination found it correct approved the same. ATTEST A. E. Daniel James A. Creath W. B. Mays, Under Tutor for heirs State of Louisiana 11th District Court Parish of Union By reason of the law and evidence and by further reason of the approval of said account being duly proved, it is ordered and decreed that the within account of Enoch D. Daniel, Tutor be allowed, approved and homologated in all its parts according to law. Done and signed in office January 3rd, 1863. J. L. Mays sign the acknowledgement of service and approval of the final account of E. S. Daniel as tutor of the minors of the Estate of Mathew Ranor, Deceased. M. E. Daniel Sworn to and subscribed before me this the 17th of December 1862. J. L.
