D. 1894 an application was made to the Honorable Judge of the said District Court, in and for Union Parish, La., by Rosana E. Wade praying that she might be appointed Natural Tutrix of the minors Sarah Ann, Thos R., R. B. Frankie and William S. J. Wade. NOW, KNOW YE, That Rosana E. Wade has been and she is hereby appointed Natural Tutrix to the said and that she has fulfulled (sic) all the requisites of the law. STATE OF LOUISISANA] PARISH OF UNION ] BE IT REMEMBERED, That on this the 2nd day of October A. D. One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety four (1894), pursuant to an order issued out of the Honorable the Third Judicial District Court of Louisiana, in and for the said Parish of Union, in the matter of the estate of W. A. Wade, deceased, at the instance of Rosana E. Wade applicant to be appointed Natural Tutrix bearing date September 22, 1893, and to me, B. Frank Pleasant Notary Public in and for said Parish and State directed, authorizing and commanding me to take an Inventiry (sic) and cause an to composing the estate of W. A. Wade, deceased, situated in Union Parish, La., - it being community property existing between deceased and his surviving spouse. Now therefore, I, B. Frank Pleasant Dy. Clerk & Ex-Officio, Notary Public, duly qualified and acting within and for sqaid Parish of Union and State of Louisiana, and being sided and assisted by W. E. Davis Sr. and J. H. Cobb two good and lawful male citizens residing in said Parish and State, who after being duly appointed and sworn by me as appraisers proceeded at my office in Farmerville, La. in the presence of Jas. M. Smith and J. S. Cobb two legal witnesses called for the purpose, to take said inventory and appraisement as hereinafter stated, to wit: Real Estate.
