Thirteen hundred and twelve and 25/100 dollars $1312.25 She also charges herself with the excess of sales over the Inventory all process verbal of sale on file and of record in office. Three hundred and sixty two and 71/100 dollars ___362.71 Sum total of debits $1674.96 The Administratrix represents that the Estate is insolvent and that the following she has acknowledged as just claims or debts against them in a Tableau to wit: 1st Privileged claims, medical account of J. Williams $557.91 To the Honorable the Judge of the 11th Judicial District Court in and for the parish of Union, State of Louisiana. The petition of Nancy Williams, a resident of your aforesaid Parish and State respectfully shows that the Petitioner has completed her administration of the Estate of James Williams, Decd. and she herewith files this her full complete and final account of her said Administration showing the entire assets of said Estate together with a complete statement of debts and Tableau of Distribution so far as they have come to her knowledge. Said account shows the entire assets of the Estate to be sixteen hundred and seventy four and 96/100 Dollars ($1694.96) She also shows privilege debts or debts against the Estate entitled to be paid by preference to wit: Expenses of last illness $192.50 Law charges 163.15 Surviving widow’s claim __2400.00 Sum total of privilege debts $2755.65 Twenty seven hundred fifty five and 65/100 dollars besides ordinary debts amounting to about thirteen hundred and ninety three and 71/100 dollars ($1393.71) Petitioner avers that the whole of the assets will be absorbed in the payment of the privileged debts leaving to be paid on the ordinary claims. Wherefore she prays that this her final account and statement of debts be duly advertised and after the legal delays the same be approved and homologated, that the Administratrix be ordered to pay the privilege debts out of the assets of the Estate in the order directed by law and upon her filing her proper receipts for the same in the court, that her bond as Administratrix be canceled and both herself and her securities be relieved all responsibility thereon for all orders and decrees necessary in the premises and for general relief &c Jno. State of Louisiana 11th District Court Parish of union The premises considered, it is hereby ordered that the above and foregoing account final and statement of Nancy Williams, Administratrix of the Estate of James Williams, decd. be advertised according to law. Done and signed in office on this October 26th 1866. J. W. Reid Clerk, District Court State of Louisiana 11th Judicial District Court Parish of Union In the matter of the final homologation of the final account filed by Mrs. Nancy Williams, Administratrix of the Estate of James Williams, deceased. 1st Vouchers filed with the account. 2nd James W. Reid, Clerk of the District court sworn says that he was the acting clerk of said Court in October last and that said account was filed on the 26th day of October AD 1866 and has been advertised for more than thirty days prior to this date by publication in a weekly newspaper published in the Town of Farmerville, La. called the Union Record and by posting at the door of the courthouse in said Parish and that no opposition has been filed to the homologation of the said final account. Sworn to and subscribed before me this 1st day of December AD 1866. W. A. Darby, J. P. State of Louisiana Parish of Union I do hereby certify the above to be all the evidence adduced in the Homologation of the said final account. Reid Clerk, District Court State of Louisiana Parish of Union By reason of the law and the evidence in this case and by further reason of the proper and legal advertisement having been made and no opposition having been filed to the same, it is hereby ordered, adjudged and decreed that the within final account filed by Mrs. Nancy Williams, Administratrix of the Estate of James Williams, decd. be and the same is hereby allowed, approved and homologated in all its parts according to law.
